Russ, A free spirit, kind hearted unique indvidual with a smile that would light up any room. He faced many battles in his life but always gave it a good fight. Russ loved his family dearly (esp his grandmother) he believed in God, and loved animals. He was a certified personal trainer thru out the years and competed in several competitions. You are missed so much by family and friends and will forever live in our hearts.
